Welcome
Others ways you can help
Other ways you can support us:
Have a pet food and supply drive for us. It's easy! We can provide a list of current needs, you can post on your neighborhood Facebook page asking for support. Collect the items and we pick up. Easy peasy!
Do you have children in your life? Ask them to get involved by having a lemonade stand, yard sale, bake sale, donation drive, etc. We love seeing children get involved with causes at an early age.
If you are a business, would you allow us to use a parking lot for our Pet Food Pantry Pop Ups? #OperationNoel
If you are a business in the surrounding areas of Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, IOP, Sullivan's Island, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, Kiawah Island - we would love to designate areas where community members can drop off wet and dry pet food for us. Reach out to our founder, Jen, if you are interested.
Do you have a smaller camper you no longer want or need? Want to see us turn it into a senior cat living space with a catio? We would love the opportunity!
Please consider donating it to Golden Years Sanctuary (no major damage or leaks please).
*No title needed as it will not move. Bill of Sale and you get a tax receipt.
Donors. Specifically those willing to support us through donor advised fund (DAF) contributions. What is a DAF? A charitable giving account which allows donors to contribute money to a fund and then recommend grants to charities of their choice. It creates a huge impact to charity organizations on a continuous basis.
Golden Years Sanctuary is registered on Benevity and YourCause through Blackbaud. If you have a giving program through your employer, please consider us.
Giving Tuesday each year is the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. It is one of the biggest days for nonprofits. Please consider us in your giving kindness on the very special day. We appreciate any and all contributions. #GivingTuesday
Simply sharing our content on Social Media. Telling a friend about us. We love showing the vibrant nature of our senior cats as well as their cat naps and shenanigans here at #goldenyearssanctuary
Be inspired and help make a difference!
